I probably only need 20 steps if that as accuracy isn't that important (essentially like a volume control for a radio)
You are right - not Vcc and Gnd, the signal output to Gnd (which will actually be from the AD9833 -> Op Amp to boost the 650mV up to 5V and fix the 38mV low point, then to the Digi Pot to an Op Amp Buffer)
