Hi. Are A and B the same circuit? I mean, the way the potentiometer is connected in each one are the same?

Since the pot is connected to the same connection nodes in both circuits, then yes.
All points on the same node have the same voltage.
Why would you think moving the connections on the schematic could make a difference?

Because I´m still learning and changing things on circuits make me nervous. I suposed it was right, but I wanted to be sure.

So think about how you would wire the actual circuit from the schematic.
If the wiring doesn't change, then the schematic change makes no difference.
