Hi everyone new here,
I am wanting to build a permanent magnet ac (PMAC) controller for a PMAC motor I am buying. This is for vehicle application so I am looking for requirements of around 500a max and up to ~130V.
I know the design of the controller. But for the microprocessor I'm a little confused. I'd like to use the arduino because I have a good understanding of it. My problem is I don't know how to generate the complementary PWM signals for the high and low sides of the half bridge's. Also I'm not sure how to include dead time to allow the on transistor to turn off before they next turns on.
For the three phases of the motor the sinusoidal waves have to be 120 degrees away from each other and i also don't know how to code that into the arduino.
Thanks in advance.
