hi! i recently fried the mosfets of my 30A electronic speed controllers. Three of the mosfets got fried during a short circuit and i intend to repair it.
There are 6 AOD206 mosfets in the esc out of which 3 are fine . The problem is that These mosfets are not available in my country. I was wondering if i can go for alternatives of about the same range. the specs of this mosfet are
VDS 30v
ID (at VGS=10V) 46A
RDS(ON) (at VGS=10V) < 5mΩ
RDS(ON) (at VGS = 4.5V) < 10mΩ
