'' I have couple of doubts regarding PCB Wifi antenna which i'm designing now.


The Wifi RF transceiver + Antenna designed in single PCB and i need to Break away Antenna section so that i can place it where ever i need to place

There are matching networks along the transmission line .My question is antenna + matching network should go in breakable PCB or Matching network
i should keep with Main transceiver side

The best bet is (probably) to keep the matching network with the RF circuit and make the transmission line the same impedance as the antenna. If the transmission line is not the same impedance as the antenna then you will probably want two matching networks unless your transmission line is very low loss.
