So here s the deal I need a circuit that will change input 0 to 5v ramp going this way / to a output 5V to 0 ramp going this way \ in other words 0 = 5 and5 = 0 and everything in between what do you suggest ?

That conversion can be done by using an OPA circuit.
Do you have access to general purpose OPA's.

I have a MCP6002 that I built a circuit with but it dont seem to work not sure If i did something wrong or if the circuit just wont do what i wasnt it to do

Don't let the resistor values fol you. It is the exact same circuit.

The values are not critical, but a higher value increases the offset due to the input offset current, which is very low for the MCP6002.

How exactly does your circuit not work?
What are all the node voltages?

 

im going to change the IC maybe it was bad ... I got no output dc volts no matter what I put in or the most it would give me is .223 v
which I consider no oiutput
