Gambling executive Ted Binion, son of the casino owner Benny Binion, died more than 20 years ago in Las Vegas under suspicious circumstances.

I've been off anchored Phuket island, Thailand. The sea state there is normally very smooth for much of the year. The ship would anchor out and we would take a local 'long-tail' boat from the accommodation ladder to the beach.
