An animal rights group wants to commemorate the avian lives lost when a Foster Farms semi-truck overturned near Battle Ground, Washington last week by placing a billboard near the crash site.

An announcement from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals said the group is looking to install a billboard urging people to give up eating meat because all chicken lives matter.

"One activist, Amber Canavan, attempted to save a hen, but was arrested after a nearly hour-long standoff with police," said the press release. "Officers pried the chicken from her arms to send her to slaughter."

Finn confirmed that Canavan did attempt to remove a chicken from the scene.

"We did have to pry the chicken out of her hands because she was refusing to give it up," he said, adding, that while he wasn't exactly sure of how long the interaction with the woman lasted. "It could be about an hour before we moved in on the chicken."

... small talk doesn't come easy in Klingon, as many popular English words intentionally don't have a direct translation. There is no "Hello," for example, and the nearest equivalent is "nuqneH," which means "What do you want?"

The Klingon Pop Warrior is traveling the quadrant to bring you songs you thought you knew in the original Klingon. From pop to rock and everything in between....

It might be a little less gross if they just timed how long to eat some "reasonable" number of dogs, maybe 20. There can only be one result of consuming 74 dogs, and it ain't gonna be pretty.

James Robert Derbyshire of East Torresdale was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:30 p.m. Derbyshire was sharing an inflatable wading pool with his son and a woman, neighbors said, in front of his son’s home on Frankford Avenue when he was killed.

A bus carrying about 15 passengers ran a red light at the intersection of Morell Avenue and Frankford shortly before 6 p.m. and hit a Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ that were traveling on Frankford. The bus then jumped the curb, plowing through fence posts and shrubbery toward the three people before striking the home on the 9800 block of Frankford Avenue and coming to a stop, police said.

Every accident I’ve been in happens in “slow motion”. That bus driver won’t soon forget the scene of plowing into a wading pool.
