erm guys i need to know somethings..below..

i)supply voltage
ii)noise immunity
iii)propagation delay per gate
iv)power dissipation
v)fan out
vi)types of logic

and...
whats the different between " multisim" and " workbence" i meanthe features,....thanksssssss alot

You might need to be more specific as to what you want to know. Definitions? Discussion of topics? I'm not sure what you are asking. In any case, you've got quite a list of topics here. Answering you may have to be a group effort. Here's my contribution:

"Fan-out" (usually used in connection with logic gates) refers to the capacity of a device output to drive inputs (each of which presents some load to that output). A large fan-out is simply the ability to drive many inputs. This is a bit simplified, but it should give you the basic idea.
