I'm working on the circuit below and I'm supposed to analyse the output, the description says there are two components to the signal, DC component which is determined by the average level of light and a significant level of noise, below is the circuit and the output:

So I am asked to describe the noise in terms of amplitude and frequency, my knowledge about signals is very limited and I'm definitely missing on some fundamental principles, Looking at the output I have no idea what the DC component of the signal is and how can I find the amplitude and frequency, I'm on year one of Electrical Engineering so perhaps I shouldn't go too much in details in my answer.
I did try to do research but can't really find anything relevant, perhaps it's because I don't really know what I'm looking for. I'd appreciate if anyone can guide me to the right direction so I could do a more effective research, as of right now I have no clue what to do and I'm just wasting time.
