Altium isn't showing unconnected nets errors

Hello all,

Today I received a PCB and after assembling it I discovered I forgot to route a voltage rail.
The thing is that I am sure Altium showed no un-connected nets errors back then when I designed it.
The net is highlighted below, see that both vias and pads are of the same net but not connected with a trace and this didn't show in the DRC report.




I reran the DRC, and it shows no errors and even the routing information in the "board information" option shows no errors. (see the attached images)

Why altium isn't showing this as an error in DRC? Is it because the pads and vias have the same net so Altium assumes they are connected?
