I'm having a 48V and 12,5 A source how can I use it for a connection includes three peltiers 12V 10A and a temperature sensor 12V 10A and all connections are serious and I want all of this will work max power so how can I use the source for this situation?

If you only want to connect 3 then use a power R to drop V, very inefficient,
or a switch mode converter to translate the 48 V to 36V. Some 48V supplies
have trims to change their output V, but a 25% trim range is not "normally"
found in 48 V supplies.
Or use 4 peltiers (as previously (recommended) at lower current to get same heat
transfer results.
Or build a constant current source, but if done linear very inefficient.
