This is what I see when using a 40kHz Piezo model.
There is the typical ringing of a Piezo transducer that is always a problem, which effects the shortest distance measurement. [0.3mS through to 0.8 Msec after the TX pulses stop.

The usual method as I have posted earlier is that timed gain control is required, also a suppression period in which the Voutput is ignored by the detecting software after the TX pulses end.

Add to this asc file any further modifications are planning to use.

I took a quick look and felt the proud of being hacettepe student again.
I have a new quiestion. I guess these oscilator circuits are used in simple fm transmitters - receivers right ?

Hi , I know its better If I create a new thread about it but I just have a last question about this fm topic.
I have found a simple fm transmitter just like yours in internet but when I connect a 10khz signal to yours , the output disappears.
Is this because I just connect it , I guess I should make modulation but I have no idea.
