I am having probelm with my 50cc 50Qt Model Scooter. The taillights, parking lights and instrument-panel lights will not illuminated. Can it be Rsistor or the 12v rectifier 4 stroke bad on it? All other lights works.

Sounds to me like you may have a blown fuse somewhere.
Sometimes the fuses are under the seat, sometimes behind the side covers, and sometimes under the fuel tank. Check your operator's manual.
If you replace a fuse, make certain to use the same current rating. Otherwise, you risk burning up your wiring harness.
