i want to include 5v regulation and 3.3v regulation in my design. but i am looking for regulator which does it in single package. In my last project i had used one power management ic which do regulation for multiple voltage level. but i forgot the ic name and i left the company as well.

i have one way that i can use 2 regulator for separate but i would like to single package instead of two.

Have you googled "two regulated outputs in one package"?

Multiple regulators in a single small package is usually a poor choice. The reason is more heat to disipate and less volume to do it with. Worse yet, that sounds like a single-sourced product, and that is usually a bad choice if you want to keep your design in production. Sometimes there are component availability problems.
