i have a 3.7lipo battery with type-c charger board i need a way to make the voltage stable at 3.3 and when its below that the device will output 0 volt

 

Your constraints make the solution quite complex. What exactly are you trying to do? There may be an easier way of doing it.

Use an LP2951
Invert the error output and connect it to the shutdown input.
