Hello,

I am seeking some help find a ready to purchase 12v control board. I need it to have ac to dc plug, 12v usbc or usb charging capability, and on/off button. Does anyone know if this already exists? It needs to be water proof. I am trying not to have one custom made. Thank you in advance for any help.

A lot of the 5VDC distribution panels these days are for USB connections. As for 12VDC (13.8VDC) with each 12V connection switched/fused there are many options...

Unless clearly marked, I'd stick to 5V on USB connections.
Then there is the power supply...
This would be a straight forward DIY build as well!

Thank you. My apologies yes I would want the usb to be 5v for charging devices. However I need the power bottom to control a 12v pump, but also be able to run off a ac power plug as well. I hope I am making sense. This is not my area of expertise.

Welcome to AAC

Can you give some idea of what this control board is controlling, or describe more fully its purpose, and the relevance of the image in your 1st post.

Yes. The control board is to control a 12v 4 amp water pump mainly as a coupe small cooling fans. I want to run the pump off 12 when I am remote, or AC 110v when I am home. I want the to be able to charge devices like cellphones through usb if I want. The photo show exactly what I am looking for., but it only needs power button. The one in the photo has two other buttons that are not needed. Please let me know if you need other info. Thank you for all your help.

For clarity:
1 the USB charging will come off the 12v feed when mobile?
2 The 12v is from a vehicle battery?
3 Does the 110v AC charge the 12v battery or just operate in tandem with it?
4 The 12v connection is wired or on a plug in lead?
5 Similarly, how is the 110v AC connection made?
6 Is the 110 AC to 12v DC a separate power unit that plugs into the panel or is it physically part of the panel?

Not sure you'll get exactly what you want in one off-the-shelf unit - the 12v/4A switch might be problematic as may be the 110v input, but does this come close?

1 the USB charging will come off the 12v feed when mobile? Yes
2 The 12v is from a vehicle battery? 12v tool battery
3 Does the 110v AC charge the 12v battery or just operate in tandem with it? No. It is just to run pump.
4 The 12v connection is wired or on a plug in lead? Will be plug
5 Similarly, how is the 110v AC connection made? I am just going to use a ac to dx 12 v plung
6 Is the 110 AC to 12v DC a separate power unit that plugs into the panel or is it physically part of the panel? Separate. It is part of the power cord.

I am looking for a unit that is not so busy. Just want one power button, ac plug and usb charging plug.

thank you!

Best I could find is this one - the cigarette lighter socket is intended as a power outlet, but it'll work just as well as a power input. You'd have to make a cigarette lighter plug to 5.5mm barrel socket adapter to use your existing tool battery/AC adapter - or put a cigarette lighter plug on each of them, or make a panel with a 5.5mm barrel socket to replace the cigarette lighter socket - but then it would be easier to make the whole thing from scratch. A small rewire may be necessary if you want the USB Charger on when the pump is off.
