My Advanced Realistic Humanoid Robots Project

Here's progress on a return spring for extension of the finger after pulley system has caused it to grasp.
Here's my completed V2 archimedes pulley system finally done! It is 16:1 downgearing and this pairs with my 2.77:1 downgearing on the turn in place pulley on the motor for a total of 44:1 downgearing.
Here's a turn in place 2.77:1 downgear pulley I setup right next to the motor output shaft. and here it is in testing:
Side view of a pulley I made:
Here's my design for pulley based downgearing. Metal gears I think are too noisy so downgearing by way of pulleys seems best to me.
Here's the ribcage sculpt I did. I am making a fiberglass skeleton for one robot, using a pvc medical skeleton for a robot, and using a rod and hinge hollow steel tubing style design for another robot. I will compare each's pros and cons.
Here's the hand sewn together with spandex and adhesive transfer taped down in spots.
Forearm and hand bones making progress:
A handful of humanoids that are to pass for humans is the goal here and from there, these robots will keep making more robots exponentially for me. Then they can remodel homes or fix cars or anything I can think up. Gonna be fun if I can pull it off! I'm focused on perfecting hand dexterity first. Elon Musk said that 70% of the engineering of a humanoid is the hands. My robot's hands are significantly more complex than the ones his robot has. I am aiming for full range of motion...
