I searched the forum for "zener watt" and found no obvious previous post of this apparent error. Above this table: The text says 0.3W but the table lists 0.5W values.

I think this is easier to see in a screen shot.

Pardon me if this is not a discrepancy.

Gee, those tables are not in a very helpful forma, either.

I made a spreadsheet of 7 or 8 different P/N ranges of Zeners several years ago; that would be a good place to put it to use. Unfortunately, it m8ight be a couple weeks before I'll have access to it.

Just remember, this is for the AAC book. Whatever we come up with to replace it must fit in as a unit and not be copyrighted. My first thought had been to replace the 0.3 with a 0.5W. Reading the posts here sounds like folks may want something more ambitious.
