I found the device on aliexpress as well. I used Google Reverse Image search; tineye produced no usable results.

The comments clearly indicate that the thin trace adjacent to adjust must be cut.
The comments also express frustration in getting a definition of using the EN pin.
UPDATE: If you don’t need the enable input, just ignore it and skip the rest of this post.
I’d make a jumper with a piece of wire and a 10KΩ resistor, hook up a DMM to the output. And test shorting EN through the resistor to VO+ and Gnd. If there is no change, try a 1KΩ. Last, use IN+ starting with the 10KΩ before trying a 1KΩ.
