I have refurbished about 15 old Seeburg jukeboxes from the 60s-70s. They all have a volume knob on the back of them that is very hard to reach. They have the ability for a wired remote which I have used and do not like.

Any ideas on how to modify or change the volume circuit to one with a wireless remote? I'm guessing there is a pot/board combo that has wireless remote capabilities that could be adapted, but where do I find one to try?

I like the idea of still having a pot. So, it is manual as well as remote control.
That one is IR, so you may have problems getting a signal to it, depending where it is placed. But it is well worth a try.
You may be able to run a bit of fiber optics to the front.
