RE: ""Analog sensor -->> AD converter""
Maximum 8...12 bits and not fast. Object to EMI, what is the issue anywhere around motors.
The digital thermometer chip - 13...16...24 bits and no need for untrustable Arduino ACP. The link - i2c or any other, two to four wire. Non-object for EMI except the nuclear bomb blast. But do as want You.
Radios - two solutions NRF24L or LORA)TM). First is more savy about battery, but less the distance (max 100-100 meters according the antenna) and cheaper (0,99 USD/per piece). Second is more appetitive but beats ove 3 km and is better resistive against the EMI. From steering wievpoint both are equivalent. Third version - "normal" AM or FM transmitter is useful only for 1st April jokes.

It could have possibilities. Maybe a year or two ago the subject of TPS came up. I can't recall the chip used to sense pressure but there may be a way to remove pressure and insert temperature. I know the sending units are not always on but there should be a workaround for that. There are plenty of wireless temperature sensors available I would think you can find one to suit your needs?
