Ever watch American / Canadian Pickers?

I love when they have people who have a house full of junk that won't sell an item unless they get $5 more than the offer (who end up selling nothing usually) and then there are people with a house full of junk who jump at $5 offers on anything (and end up selling everything). The gradient of collectors they have on that show and what they consider "valuable" always cracks me up. Value is really an arbitrary term..

 

I moved countries, and PAYING to ship tons of hoarded treasures put a hard value on it all - it all went to the waste stream and recyclers. Now I stand here naked (metaphorically) and it pains me to have to purchase WIRE - I had lifetimes worth of it.
