Hi everyone, i have this project to make an up/ down counter with 74LS192 and 74LS47 and 7 Segment.
when i build the circuit on a project board the reset and down counter works fine, but the up button not working.
The circuit i build as shown bellow.
I've also read this thread:

and tried to grounded the input from 74LS192, on the simulation all the button works fine but on real circuit the problem occur.
is there anything i can do to fix this?

On the 74192, the clock inputs should be normally high. Which one gets clocked low (with the other high) determines which way it counts. Your clock inputs are both normally low so the counter is confused. See the datasheet NOTE B page 5.
