Hi i need to program an attiny40 chip using an arduino uno,

Can anyone tell me which of these pins i need to use?

its the top image. I'm not sure which pins to connect from the chip to which pins on the arduino

 

The programming pins are pc3-reset, pc4-tpidata, pc5-tpiclk. No idea on the arduino side.
