Which element on the card is the fuse?

Guys, I don't know if I'm in the right place, I'm sorry if I'm not. My vacuum cleaner broke down. I think it might be the fuse on this electronic board. Could you tell which element is the fuse?

I watched a video for a model similar to this one. One of the resistors was specified as a fuse. But which one?

R3 looks like a fusible resistor, but I can‘t see the value as it is in shadow.
However, I have seen a lot of imported products that fit a resistor that looks like a fusible resistor but isn’t and when it fails it sets fire to the board.

R3 looks like a fusible resistor but the value looks way too high, like a 1.9k or is it a 0.2R?

Here's what I think is the circuit, unknown device Tr2, possibly a thyristor or triac, better closer pictures of the devices Tr1 and Tr2.
Looks like a dimmer circuit, with the unknown device causing triggering.

I do not see a fuse either. Of course the photo leaves a lot of the labels for parts unreadable. I think I see a resistor with the color bands Brown, Black, Gold, which would be 0.1 ohms, or maybe 1.0 ohms. That resistor would serve as a fuse.
