Which Chip is the BIOS/CMOS?

HELLO
can someone please tell which chip is the bios/cmos ?
i want to ground it hoping the bios return to the default settings
the problem is that i turned something off in the bios and since then the usb ports and the docking keyboard not working neither in the bios nor in the windows
also the touch screen only work in windows
the device is i-life 2 in 1 windows 10 laptop

Do you have a schematic?

Doubtful "grounding the BIOS chip is going to "reset" the BIOS. If anything it will just destroy your laptop,

Do it the right way and get the BIOS from the manufacturer and reflash.

CMOS in your usage used to refer to settings that were stored in volatile memory that was backed up by battery. In such systems, CMOS settings could be "erased" by physically removing the battery or using a jumper to restore factory settings.

In newer devices, there's no need for settings to be stored in volatile memory because FLASH memory can be used to store configuration data.
