Collection of electrical shock data over the ages, coupled with biological analysis of organ and tissue response to applied electrical stimuli. Someone mentioned a book by Roberge earlier in thread, but I personally cannot clarify this. I would suspect somewhere there is a paper with the details of these values.how ,were these values arrived at?
were they tested on rats or Frankenstein(how much voltage wud wake him up)?
were they calculated by the use of some theory?
