Hello. Am looking for a vendor of coaxial cables, ultraflexible, around 3mm diameter, molded-terminated in mini barrel connectors.

----> Do smaller 'RCA' terminated cables exist?

Seem similar in wifi modules... MHF1 ?

One suggestion is this connector [Sager, $0.43/ea] that used to be very common for interstage connections in RF and other high bandwidth (video, better audio) gear. It solders directly to the shield of a coaxial cable, the shield attaching to the flange. There is little that could be done to make it lower profile than that.

you started by mentioning barrel jacks which are DC power connectors (0 Hz) and then went to video and WiFi connectors (MHz/GHz). what is the application? what are the specs?

Thanks. Any barrel/coaxial smaller than 'RCA' diameter plug/jack pair (~4-5mm) for in-line use of unbalanced audio patch cords with molded-in coaxial ~3mm ∅ cable as extension; male + female ends

maybe compare different RF connector types. SMA, SMB, SMC, MCX...
then Google "MCX to MCX cable". you can get them as assemblies of different lengths.
note, the prices go sky high as the size goes down.
