I need to know why I am not able to run both AC (Air Conditioner) and LED TV (55" inches) at the same time...

OK,, now we have a specific question and I am able to proceed. First, I am guessing that the reason for not being able to operate both at the same time is that the circuit protection device in the power distribution panel removes the power from that circuit. If that is what the problem is, then the explanation is that the current exceeds the set limit, and the solution is to separate the two devices so that they are fed by different circuits.
That separation may, or may not, be simple, depending on how the circuits are arranged.

A detailed description of the actual problem is needed before there is any reason to propose a solution. And that description would come from the Thread Starter, NOT from somebody guessing what the situation is.
