I've attached a circuit which I decoded from 1-phase drive used to control a 3 phase motor. The drive is fed from 120VAC. The ground from 120VAC is connected as shown in the schematic. It goes through a RC network to another ground of the circuit. The drive has two different grounds. What's the real purpose of this arrangement?
