Specifically what's the thin hard paint on cylinder style capacitors and is it toxic to human skin?
I'm working on a wearables project that uses hollowed out capacitors for the other components (mostly as aesthetic decoration) and wondering if I should be worried about lead or anything in that coating. Online research just turns up epoxy resin, but I want to make sure it's not gonna poison anybody.
