Unused input pins would normally be tied to one or other power rail, possibly via a respective resistor, as appropriate for the pin function. Unused output pins would normally be left open. What does the datasheet advise?

I have below unused pin in my circuit

2,5,6,8,9,10,11,12,13,16,17,20,28,29,30,33,34,35,36,54,55,56,57,58,62

Above all pins are I/Os.
