I have a Cowon D2 mp3 player and the flat ribbon cable (4 signal lines) has cracked (shown with the red line) on the pic.

does anyone know what kind of flat ribbon cable is displayed in the picture?

Or perhaps what resistive touchscreen overlay assembly model it is? The small text on the bottom reads "atouch ao25-3d e8". But I could not find such a touchscreen module.

May be possible to do a careful repair using small multi conductor wire?

Phewww... It took me a while but I've fixed the cable. Not sure how long it's going to hold so I've ordered some 4 pin 1.0mm pitch flex cables just in case.
