What kind of drill is this?

Was browsing the tools at the local Lowes and came across this. What kind of drill is this? I would assume it is for drilling at angles? But I find it a bit odd that ut would bot have an adjustable bracket so that you can drill at precise angles.

If you are sure it is a drill? Can you show the chuck?

It might be configured for drilling in close quarters, such as floor joists to pass cable. It could also be something that uses a "rotozip" which is a type of drill bit that also cuts on its sides. You can use them to make cutouts. So far as I know, all drills will cut at an angle if started that way and even unintentionally if started normal to the surface.

Wait maybe it is it??? It sure has a odd attachment for the blade. Looks like a chuck. I should have look at the end of "the chuck" then it would have been obvious it is not a drill.


Maybe a quick blade change attachment?

I see a spring . Up and down. Type of jigsaw .Very strange ! Mayby that could solve my problem of cutting perspex !
