Can anyone advise what is the BYPASS means in this circuit and how do we connect it? and is it necessary

The bypass capacitor is there to reduce noise at the input.

Have a look at the internal schematic where the connection is made:

Thanks i will try to add the cap and see if the noise goes away currently i am using coupled inductor to reduce noise to the speaker so when it is no sound the noise greatly reduce but i havent try the bypass capacitor.
