for some reason i need to stop an electronic device from working to save someone from a big problem but it can be dangerous if someone will discover that it was done by someone so i need a hack to stop a machine but no one can know that it was done by a human, it will mean the world to help us

It can be just as dangerous to stop a moving machine than to allow it to run, if it is not shut down with a proper sequence. It sounds like you need to have a "heart to heart" with the current machine operator and explain to him/her that they are no longer fit to handle the machinery.

It was the "I need a hack" that marks you as a less than serious person. There is only a small community of people trying to do things like that and in fact some of us are trying to prevent it from happening. What you are proposing is borderline illegal and you could end up suffering some serious legal consequences. I'm reluctant to become involved in such an enterprise and I urge you to abandon the notion that it is a useful or worthwhile enterprise.

One young man stood in front of an armoured tank and stopped it.
Another young activist stood in front of a bulldozer and was run over and killed.

Take your pick.

The details? You have provided absolutely no useful information. Stop a machine? Pull the plug.

i’m not joking it is a serious problem and i wouldn’t ask for help here if it wasn’t
You can't possibly get help here without more info. Sounds to me like you're trying to disable an ankle monitor. Or overcome an electronic security device. Or a million other illegal activities. NO ONE here should help you without knowing you're doing something legal.

Interesting outlook, that never would have occurred to me. I pictured the lazy operators on night shift at production plants I have worked at, who have sabotaged equipment so they can go home early. Control cables cut with "huh, someone must have hit it with a forklift" when it would have been physically impossible for a forklift to reach it, or a power plug in the back of the HMI that "must have wiggled loose" even though it had two screws holding it in. Or the old spontaneous half-way-falling-out ethernet connectors and sensor connectors all over the whole line.

If that's what this is, I hope OP gets caught and lives in country where you get beaten with sticks for shenanigans like that, because just getting fired isn't punishment enough.

I'm trying to be open-minded, but I'm having a very hard time coming up with a scenario in which this would not be a prohibited discussion on this forum. Even if you have the best of intentions and the purest of motives, you are pretty much by definition trying to so something that is not allowed, if not outright illegal. You need to find a different way to accomplish your goal, whether it's having a heart-to-heart talk with someone, reporting someone to their supervisor, or contacting the authorities, or whatever else is appropriate to the circumstances.

But, that aside, it's troubling that you don't seem to realize that you haven't given anywhere near enough information for someone to help you in this endeavor even if they wanted to. There's a huge difference between stopping an "electronic device" that happens to be a cycle timer, in order to stop a "machine" that happens to be a washing machine, and stopping an electronic device that happens to be a secured and remote industrial controller, in order to stop a machine that processing spent nuclear fuel rods.

Technically, there are two basic methods and number of other: to switch on and off sequently mains some 100x rapidly. 2) to switch apparatus into mains via diode. But both activities are panalizable if someone will catch You. The third method is open MW cooker magnetron (keep distance to stay alive), but it is penalizable as well. Rather good are working Tesla Coil, but it gabbarites are not nicely small. In distant to ICP generator what is even more ill to any electronics but small as hell and prost by circuitry. And, of course, universal all electronics killer the pocket taser called e-gun. Mine looks like a normal floodlight battery, only with two small bumps near the window. The arcing from them happens about 5 cm afar. Once I mismanaged to hit myself.... ouch... but still alive. Some more possibilities are local air charge with + or - ions, for example the planar Cheeneeze air ionizers (ozone generators) or fumigation of phosphoric acid aerosol (all the PCB becomes conducting even after fundamental washing), as well the hot air blower toward selected component.
But my warm general councel - DONT DO IT. Prizon will positively be not any nice place to spend a days and years.
