best 1 hunglow brand.

After testing several Chinese branded 18650 I have found only one that I think is worth the money to buy. I have had 4 of these for more than a year now and they have held together maybe as well as a Panasonic would. internal resistance started at a low 18 to 20mohm and a capacity of 3200mAh not quite the advertised 3300mAh but close since I started normally using them in devices the internal resistance is now at 28mohm and the capacity has dropped to 2850 which for none year of normal use in flashlights and meters that take them is quite good. They are very hard to find now and I have only found them on Ebay. the cost has risen by a bit but you can buy the same brand there with 4 18650's and a charger. I could not find the batteries without the charger. if anyone is interested it's this brand on Ebay. worth the purchase if you are in the market.
