like charge repel each other how then in negative terminal and positive terminal why have electrons and protons what force hold electron with electron and protons with protons.

The protons don't move. What you experience is the flow (or displacement) of electrons.
Electrons get displaced from one terminal to the other based on electrochemical potential.
What stops further displacement is the real question.

An electric field is created which opposes the electrochemical potential. This prevents further displacement of electrons.
