What else could it be? - timer clock cicuit

I accidentally hooked up the leads of a LED timer clock to the wrong terminals of a 12v, deep cycle battery. I have found that a 1000uf, 16v capacitor and positive voltage regulator blew. Will anything else likely be affected? Accepting the fact that this was a bonehead mistake, any help would be appreciated!

A schematic would help us determine other possible component failures, but if the regulator blew then you have to consider that backwards 12 V was everywhere. Without a schematic or BOM it's hard to be specific.
