looking at the board
it has a microphone,
a oscillator / resonator / crystal
what looks like a camera interface flexible PC going off to the left

I'd say its a custom programmed processor,
made in week 43 or 2018

Out of interest,
MPM make spy cameras..

 

That may explain why there is no information about it on the internet; the spycam is made in China.

 

never seen that specific one but obviously it handles audio and video capture.. microphone is in he lower left corner
