So, this is my computer setup (watch video). The orange plug is the one that goes to my extension board and powers my monitor and computer. It was plugged into the wall and I left my speaker turned on connected to my pc via aux. I was surprised to see that when I turn on my fan (which has it's switch in the upper switch board), there is a weird crack sound in my speaker. Same goes on for when I switch it off. I initially thought that maybe it's because my pc is still connected to the wall and so, I removed the orange plug from the wall making my table completely isolated from the wall and no component on my table in any way attached to any outlet. I then thought that it should stop doing it now but, to my surprise, it was still doing it whenever I turned the fan on or off, there was still the click sound. I just can't seem to wrap my head around this. From quite a while, I've had usb not recognized issues as well and, I know for a fact that they are because of improper grounding but, can this have any connection with this? Please enlighten me.
