I didn't find the CD4060m2 file attached in this topic, is it avaiable elsewhere? Or should I just follow the modifictation described in the topic to update the model?

It seems that the https://groups.io/ had some files organized about this, but the site is bugged, and all links seems broken.

What exactly do you mean by "the site is bugged" with respect to groups.io?
The site works fine and the CD4000 library has recently been updated. You can also get a copy from @Bordodynov
