Hi now my inputs is changed to 3.2 to 4.8 into 1-5volts so if I use your calculations than I'm getting some variation about 1 volt can you fix it?

So gain is 4/(4.8 - 3.2) = 2.5
So R2/R1 = 1.5, so if R1 is still 10K, R2 = 15K

V1 (Offset) is still 4.600V.

 

hii i am done with practical circuit but now problem is when i use fixed resistor(100ohm &138ohm) instead of RTD It's work fine and give approximately right output (4-20ma).
but when I used RTD output is completely different
I'd try to fix it but doesn't work
and also RTD pick up heating
