Hello,
I have to design a simple voltage reference in LTspice.
First i try to do the circuit configuring M4 as a diode.
I have use the equations in the pdf, but when I try to run the simulation the currents are not as I want.
I share my calculations, I want Id3 equal 45nA.

You need a voltage reference at what current and voltage?

Total current < 100nA, I work subthreshold.
Vref = 0.6 V.
