This oscillator is capable of 0.05Hz - 30kHz in one exponential (1 octave /volt)
sweep and sine and cosine outputs (90 degrees quadrature) with THD low enough (0.1%)
for frequency response measurements and audible distortion evaluation.
For those of you that are familiar with early music synthesizers,this circuit was designed by Dennis Colin...co-developer of the ARP 2600 synth.
Try an Intersil IC8038 or an XR-2206, both will handle that range. I'll attach a copy of the XR-2206 datasheet as the one on line has several mistakes in the internal cct. diagram, which I corrected and added some external components to, to make it more understandable.
