Hi guys !
I want to ask about diode, If I have semiconductor which is doped as P || N (there's photo attached down)
my question is , in case of reverse bias then the minority of side P (n) will go back to N and vice versa in side N(minority-p), does the amount of minority of any of the both side will be empty? I mean lets assume there was minority of electrons in side P so in reverse bias these minority will get back to side "N" .. will the amount of minority of electrons(in side P) be empty in side P after transferring to N? ....

*** May we assume that minority and majority of electrons/holes are infinity in materials and that's property of materials itself?!
