Hello, I got the circuit below. When M12 input is -12V and P12 input is 12V then Vbe coul get burned because its 24V .
How come Vbe get to be 24V?
In general Vbe here is odd because when M12 is 0 then Veb of Q1 is zero why i have this Vbe jump on the rising of P12
Its suppose to be Veb=0 no matter what is P12?
How can ifix this issue?
