i currently know that SCK-SCK, MISO-MISO, MOSI-MOSI but i dunno which pin and to what CE, CSN and IRQ connected to in C8051F120DK.

A careful examination of the schematic in the second document shows that they are connected to bits of Port0. See the little blue notations next to Connector J1?

 

sry do you mean the nRF24L01 but the part i want know is the C8051F120DK what port to CE, CSN and IRQ if i mistaken please correct me sry

 

The signals that you mentioned by name CE, CSN, IRQ are connected to the pins of PORT0. Check the notation on the schematic next to the large connector J1
