Hi every one
I have downloaded a .lib mosfet model from a site but I did not know How to use it .
I searched it on web but on all sites I saw there was only some tutorials to import a model in orcad capture not schematics .
Please help me I need to simulate mosfets in schematics .

Have you tried just pasting the .model text into the schematic? That works for LTspice, but I don't know about Pspice. You will presumably also need to associate a mosfet symbol with the model.
